Got-Zip - The Business Plan

I’ve mentioned in some updates that I’ve now hired GrowThink to develop a strategic business plan for Got-Zip, but I haven’t made it public info so I thought I’d do a quick blog post.

GrowThink has completed over 300 engagements for clients including emerging ventures, venture capital firms, small/medium-sized enterprises and Fortune 500 spinouts. Growthink clients have collectively raised over $750 million in capital.

It’s a long process to build this kind of high-end strategic plan. What’s great is that during this process the simplicity and power of our Business Concept is really coming to light, and it’s great seeing it transform from my thoughts into true Business Speak by MBA’s and PHD’s.

Those of you have subscribed to Got-Zip get the fact that Got-Zip is not just about making popular websites that generate sales, but about creating a sales and distribution network for any product or service. There is literally nothing that can’t be sold via our model, both online and offline.

Over the last six months, I’ve created a lot of other sites for our network, but as we get closer to launching our new Pagellan portal and finishing our strategic business plan, the focus is going back to our core business.
