Many people will not use traffic exchanges thinking that because they are free they do not work, this simply is not true, if you use them correctly you will get many quality hits to boost your clickbank sales or get sign ups in your business even if you are on a tight budget. Traffic exchanges are sites that do just that, exchange traffic, you look at peoples programs for a short period of time, usually between 10 and 20 secs and then click on the next one, doing this earns you credits and your site in turn be shown to other members of the traffic exchange.
